
Dr. Marla Colburn, DC, DICCP
Dr. Colburn provides chiropractic care to all patients regardless of age and specializes in maternal health and pediatrics. She utilizes multiple types of safe and gentle techniques in order to treat her patients’ conditions effectively. Each patient is treated as an individual and receives a personalized treatment plan tailored to their specific needs and conditions. She continues to work with her patients after their pain is alleviated to advise them on how they can take preventive care measures into their own hands. Dr. Colburn received her doctorate from the University of Bridgeport. She also received her Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics (DICCP) through the International Chiropractic Association, which is a Board Certified credential in pediatrics and maternal health.
Dr. Amy Person, DC, DICCP
Dr. Person treats a wide variety of conditions, including back, neck and extremity injuries. She works with patients of all ages with an emphasis on maternal health, pediatrics and sports injuries. Dr. Person tailors her techniques to the specific condition and circumstances of the patient, often utilizing several techniques in one treatment. She provides a gentle yet effective way of treating specific conditions, focusing not on force but appropriate technique. Dr. Person has completed her Diplomate in Pediatrics (DICCP) through the International Chiropractic Association, which is an extensive 3 year program focusing on pediatrics and maternal health. Currently, Dr. Person is pursuing her Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) certification through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians.
Lisa graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2002. By actively listening to her clients' needs, Lisa is able to integrate a variety of techniques into each treatment plan. Techniques include: Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage and Trigger Point Therapy. Lisa is also a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner. Christine Cartwright, LMT
Christine graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 1997. Her techniques include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and is Certified in Pregnancy Massage. Christine is able to utilize her massage skills in order to tailor each session to the clients’ needs and preferences.
